This site is an accumulation of my personal journey through
life thus far.
Sixty three years and counting, much more to come.
My mind, my body and my spirit have all interacted with each
other in various ways.
At times my inexperienced mind took center stage.
At other times my body was my struggle.
It wasn't until I was fifty that my spirit Self kicked in
and brought them all together.
That is when the miracles of life began to happen.
Our life is like a jigsaw puzzle.
Always looking for that part of our Self that is missing.
Looking to complete the big picture is our goal.
Without the missing pieces we cannot search for them.
The searching of them I call experiences.
The more difficult, painful, fearful the experiences are,
the more we learn and grow.
The experiences bring us to the lessons, the lessons
to the choices, the choices determining the direction
we take.
"
Begin Within" the masters say, not an easy thing to
do. Not until many experiences came and went, did I understand
and accept this truth.
But once I did, it changed everything about me.
Chronological age is but an accumulation of experiences.
Age, is where we are in our head, an attitude of mind.
I have had to work hard to disassociate myself from the
dysfunctional conditioning around aging.
Societal dogma in this country does not reward aging.
It is my intention to disprove the fallacies around
aging.
We are all the captains of our own ship however much
we
don't want to admit that.
I was a self made victim, in denial of ME for years.
In these chapters I will share with you via my experiences,
the many wonderful mentors that came to awaken me
to Self.
For when we truly understand and accept our own magnificence,
all else magically begins to work together.
Physically , mentally and spiritually, all balanced,
as Self is intended to be.
I will lead you to the resources that came to me
over the years, the people, some still here,
some long passed,
who shared with me, their wisdom.
Without their guidance I would not be creating
this website.
What I have learned is far too wonderful , too
life altering, to keep to myself.
So come with me, and we will grow young together.
